Joe is an assistant prosecutor handling felony drug cases in Platte County, which includes the northwestern parts of Kansas City. He is also cross-designated as a federal prosecutor and serves in the Organized Crime Strike Force in the US Attorney's Office - Western District. Formerly, he was a shareholder in the law firm of Witt, Hicklin & Vanover, P.C. Joe received an A.B. in speech Communication (1995) and a J.D. (1998) from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
