Brett Roubal

Brett is a partner with the law firm of Baird, Lightner, Millsap & Harpool, PC in Springfield.  He practices mainly in the areas of transactional corporate law and business litigation.  Brett's area of practice within the transactional field focuses on a wide variety of real estate matters, corporate formation, lending and other general corporate issues.  His practice also centers on business litigation, including contract disputes and non-compete matters.  A dean's list honoree, Brett received his bachelors degree in mathematics in 1996 and his law degree in 1999, both from Creighton University.  He was staff member of the school's law review and won the ABI Bankruptcy Award.  Brett is active in local bar organizations, spending four years on the YLS Board of the KCMBA and currently heading the Mock Trial Committee of the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association.
