Matthew C. Price
Matt joined the law firm of Bergmanis & McDuffey, LLC at the Lake of the Ozarks in 2002. He focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, workers' compensation, and criminal defense. In addition to litigating cases at the trial level, Matt has orally argued cases in U.S. Federal Court and the Missouri Appellate and Supreme Courts.
Matt served the Lake of the Ozarks community by participating as a member on the Camden County Planning and Zoning Board and chairing the subcommittee on procedure. He has also participated as guest legal speaker for local associations and participates as a mentor in a Lake Area School-to-Work program. Matt serves as a youth leader for the AWANA program at Osage Hills Baptist Church, and he and his wife are the proud parents of three beautiful daughters.
He received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri - Columbia with an emphasis in the areas of Biology and Chemistry. He also attended law school at the University of Missouri - Columbia and received multiple awards and honors for scholarship including placement on the Dean's List for Academic Excellence and the Omar E. Robinson Award. Matt was also a member of the London Law Consortium Delegation and was named a Robert's Scholar. Matt is a member of The Missouri Bar, Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
