Phyllis A. Norman

Phyllis is an associate with The Law Offices of George A. Barton, P.C. in Kansas City, Missouri where she focuses her practice on commercial litigation. Phyllis received her B.S. in Environmental Science from Oklahoma State University in 2000 and her J.D. from the University of Missouri – Kansas City in 2003. In addition to membership in The Missouri Bar, Phyllis is an active member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association (KCMBA), the Kansas Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Phyllis also currently serves on several committees within the KCMBA and the Association of Women Lawyers of Greater Kansas City (AWL), including the co-chairperson of the AWL's golf committee scholarship tournament, the Public Service Committee, and Lawyers for Children. She also volunteers with the Volunteer Attorney Project, Read Across America, Step Up for Women in Shelters, and Big Brothers/Big Sisters.
