Brianne N. Niemann
Brianne is an associate at Boyd & Kenter, P.C. in Kansas City, MO and focuses on plaintiffs litigation including personal injury and workers' compensation. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and is a 2006 graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. She is a member of the Missouri and Kansas Bar, and active in the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, Association for Women Lawyers, and Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys. Brianne was a member of the 2007-2008 Ross T. Roberts Inn of Court program which gave her the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in trial exercises conducted with the aid and assistance of trial judges and seasoned trial attorneys. She is currently participating in the 2008-2009 session as well.
Brianne is a volunteer for the Jackson County CASA program which represents abused and neglected children in courts throughout Jackson County. She is also a member of the committee comprised of young lawyers that oversees the MATA Emergency Response Team which recently partnered with the American Red Cross to provide on-site pro bono legal services to victims of natural disasters. She was recently elected to serve her first two-year term on the YLS Council.
