Tim McCurdy

Tim McCurdy formed the McCurdy Law Firm in 2009.  Prior to forming his own firm, Tim practiced complex commercial litigation and medical malpractice defense for seven years at Blackwell Sanders Peper Martin, Husch & Eppenberger, and Carmody MacDonald.  Tim’s primary practice areas are commercial litigation, personal injury, and consumer law.  More information about his practice can be found at www.mccurdystl.com.

Tim received his B.A. in history with a minor in English from Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa in 1998.  In 2002, Tim graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School where he received the A. Harold Weber Moot Court Award, and served as an editor for the Journal of College and University Law.  Tim and his wife, Jen, have two boys:  Matthew (3) and Joseph (1).
