Lauren E. Tucker McCubbin

Lauren E. Tucker McCubbin's general litigation practice targets commercial litigation, with an emphasis on class-action litigation, insurance related litigation, health care litigation and intellectual property related disputes.

Her legal experience extends to workers' compensation law, labor and employment law, personal injury litigation, landlord/tenant law, pharmaceutical products liability, class-action litigation, insurance coverage issues, trademark, copyright and unfair competition law, consumer protection law, environmental law, constitutional law and criminal law.  She has also argued before several courts, including the Missouri Court of Appeals.

As part of her legal services, Ms. Tucker McCubbin researches and drafts pleadings, motions and briefs, prepares and responds to discovery, interviews witnesses, takes depositions, argues motions, and assists the team in numerous ways.
