Michelle K. Davidson

Michelle is 33 years old and has been practicing law for a little over five years. She graduated from Missouri Western State University in 1995 with a degree in Business Administration. She then continued her studies at the University of Missouri-Columbia and received her J.D. in 1999.

Michelle worked as an intern at the Grimes, Fay and Gaeth law firm in Columbia, Missouri during her law school years. After graduating from law school, she accepted a position at the Buchanan County Public Defender's Office as an assistant public defender.

Michelle joined the Public Defenders Office due to her interest in public service work. In 2004 she was promoted to District Defender of the Buchanan County Office and continues to work in that position today. Michelle is also a member of the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the St. Joseph Bar Association and serves as a representative in the Parent-Teacher Fellowship Program at St. Joseph Christian School.
