- Workers' Compensation CLE - "A Panel Discussion about Changes in Workers'
Compensation Law in Missouri and the Possible Impact" - September 22, 2005 from
3 p.m. to 4 p.m. The Annual Meeting panelists include attorneys Bill Francis (Springfield claimant's attorney), Mike Banahan (St. Louis defense attorney) and The Honorable Ken Cain, moderator. We are attempting to have a legislator on the panel also.
- "Meet and Greet" social hour from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. immediately following the
Workers' Compensation CLE on September 22, 2005 in Kansas City. Legislators, employers and attorneys are invited to continue the discussion and exchange business cards while listening to music in a social gathering. This is an opportunity to meet members of the workers' compensation community as we begin applying the new statutory changes.
