Administrative Law

Daniel R.E. Jordan, Esquire

Time limits challenged too late. Davis v. Cumley, No. 31933 (Mo. App. S.D. March 28, 2013), per curiam.

Administrative tribunal may reasonably regulate the time for presenting evidence during adjudicative hearing. At hearing, such time limits were the subject of no objection, no request for more time, and no offer of proof. On appeal, appellant challenges time limits.

Held: Affirmed.
Appellant’s omissions deprived the agency of the opportunity to correct its procedure.
