This program is for aged and disabled adults who are permanently and totally disabled or 65 years of age or older.

Divisor Penalty Change

Utility Standard Increase
Effective January 1, 2014, the utility standard used to determine the allotment to the community spouse has been increased to $318. Examples given in the online manual have been updated to reflect this increase in utility standard.
