Areas of law on which I am available to comment: Employment Law Workplace Bullying
I am qualified to comment on these areas because: I have been consulting, training and speaking on employment law topics for almost 10 years now. My focus areas are harassment/discrimination, retaliation, legal hiring and firing practices. I also have recently developed an expertise in workplace bullying. I have moderated and facilitated for The Missouri Bar (Sexual Harassment Telephone Seminar) and the Council on Education in Management programs (Coaching and Counseling, FMLA Update, Personnel Law Update) I have taught the Employment Law Course at Keller Graduate School of Management for 6 years now. Since 2001 I have been the employment law contributor for KSDK TV's NEWSCHANNEL 5 'Today in St. Louis.'
Article Idea: Bullying. We are the only industrialized nation that does not have laws on the books dealing with workplace bullying. It's about time we exposed this insidious problem in our country and try and deal with it.
