I am qualified to comment on these areas because: I serve as president of the St. Louis Chapter, National Employment Lawyer Association and secretary for 8th Circuit NELA. I have practiced exclusively doing plaintiff side employment law for 15 years. I have lectured on employment topics for numerous CLEs put on by The Missouri Bar, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the National Employment Lawyers Association.
