I am qualified to comment on these areas because: I have 20 plus years of experience in defective firearms and negligent shooting cases (over 100 to date) around the country, have written numerous articles and spoken dozens of times locally and nationally. I also handled the challenge to concealed carry legislation in Missouri on constitutional grounds, including tax issues based on the Hancock Amendment to the Missouri Constitution. I have 10 plus years experience in whistleblower/qui tam/federal false claims act cases, a relatively unique and limited practice area in this part of the country. I am working on or have handled several successful cases and several unsuccessful ones also (sometimes you learn more from these). I have spoken to The Missouri Bar at the Solo and Small Firm Conference on Internet marketing for law firms several times and am responsible for our firm's website, including its design, optimization and placement. I have also assisted a number of other attorneys informally to develop their own websites. I am on the Board of Trial Lawyers for Public Justice which among other things focuses on the dwindling access of our citizens to justice through the jury system for a variety of reasons. I also have spoken on public justice issues at law schools and legal conventions.
