The legacy of retiring Missouri Supreme Court Judge William Ray Price Jr., is best told from the corner of Judicial Street and Legislative Avenue. For two decades, Judge Price has stood at the intersection of two of Missouri's three branches of government, sometimes directing the traffic, most often interpreting the wreckage of somebody else's accident.
