Jefferson Avenue in the heart of downtown Springfield, the wine bar is “Not so much a restaurant as just a bar with really good food” and plenty of beverages.  Ophelia’s is within walking distance or a short bus ride (which is provided by The Missouri Bar) of both the University Plaza Hotel and Hammons Field, site of the “Best of Missouri” Reception and the AA minor league Springfield Cardinals.
