Supreme Court Rule Changes
The Supreme Court of Missouri, in an order dated March 30, 2004, repealed subdivision (h) of subdivision 5.28, entitled "Reinstatement," of Rule 5 (Complaints and Proceedings Thereon) and adopted a new subdivision (h) of subdivision 5.28, entitled "Reinstatement."
This order became effective April 1, 2004.

In an order dated March 30, 2004, the Supreme Court of Missouri repealed subdivision 6.01(m), entitled "Pro Hac Vice Fee," of Rule 6 (Fees to Practice Law" and in lieu thereof adopted a new subdivision 6.01(m), entitled "Pro Hac Vice Fee."
The Court, in the same order, repealed subdivision 9.03 (Visiting Attorney Appearing in a Particular Case) of Rule 9, entitled "Practice by Nonresident Attorneys," and adopted a new subdivision 9.03 (Visiting Attorney Appearing in a Particular Case).
This order will become effective July 1, 2004.

The Supreme Court of Missouri, in an order dated April 21, 2004, repealed Court Operating Rule 12 (Rules of Practice and Procedure Before the Missouri Judicial Finance Commission) consisting of subdivisions 1.01 to 23.09, inclusive, and adopted a new Court Operating Rule 12 (Rules of Practice and Procedure Before the Missouri Judicial Finance Commission) consisting of subdivisions 12-1.01 to 12-23.09, inclusive.
This order will become effective July 1, 2004.
