The law practice management lending library is offered by The Missouri Bar as a service to Missouri Bar members for general education purposes.
Books, videotapes, and audiotapes are loaned for a 21-day period. It is important that the items be returned on time. However, upon request, the lending period may be extended if there is no one on the waiting list for that item. The borrower must contact the Law Practice Management Lending Library at The Missouri Bar for permission to extend the lending period.
All shipping fees are due at the end of the lending period when the books are returned to the library.

Regulation 15.04.5 provides that a lawyer may receive up to six hours of self-study credit in a reporting year by studying law-related materials, including but not limited to videotapes, audiotapes and advance sheets in furtherance of the lawyer's academic and professional competence. A lawyer may report his or her actual time studying the materials. The time should be rounded to the nearest tenth. Fifty minutes equals one credit hour and five minutes equals .1 of an hour.
