Cooley Law School Professor, Patrick Corbett, has created a set of resources entitled “Cyber Bullying and other High Tech Crimes Involving Michigan Kids.” Professor Corbett’s hypotheticals may be useful to Michigan attorneys as well as attorneys in other jurisdictions.
