HB 51 / SB 140 – E. coli standards. Requires Missouri state parks’ designated swim beaches to utilize a standard that measures culturable E. coli using a specified federal method at a geometric mean based on specified sampling data.

HCS HB 83 – Tax credit for biomass engineered fiber fuel. Authorizes an income tax credit for a taxpayer who uses processed biomass engineered fiber fuel.

HB 413 / SB 204 – Tax credits for wood energy produc­ers. Extends the sunset on the wood energy producers tax credit and caps the amount of tax credits available under the program each fiscal year.

SB103 – Alternative Fuel Stations Tax Credit. Reautho­rizes the Alternative Fuel Stations Tax Credit and creates a tax credit for fleet conversions of vehicles to natural gas.
