SB 94 – Loan assistance for energy efficiency. Provides loan assistance programs to businesses for energy efficiency improvements.
SB 190 / HB 85 – Tax credit for biomass engineered fiber fuel. Creates a tax credit for purchases of processed biomass engineered fiber fuel.
SB 403 – Appeals of environmental commission cases.
Modifies provisions pertaining to the filing of appeals regarding
decisions made by environmental commissions; requires the environmental
commission for which an appeal has been made to the AHC to render its
final decision within 90 days of the appeal request; prohibits a cause
of action or appeal of a decision made by an environmental commission
unless the party has completed an administrative appeal with the AHC.
