HB 94 / SB 4 – Repeal of the Puppy Mill Cruelty Prevention Act. Repeals the Puppy Mill Cruelty Prevention Act passed as Proposition B by voters in November 2010.

HB 99 / HB 131 / HB 281 / HB 332 / HB 405 / SB 95 / SB 113 – Modification of the Puppy Mill Cruelty Prevention Act. Makes modifications to the Puppy Mill Cruelty Prevention Act.

HB 203 – Crimes against professional therapy dogs. Includes professional therapy dogs in the definition of service dogs for purposes of certain crimes relating to such animals.

HB 513 – Service dogs for individuals with mental disabilities. Adds an individual with mental disabilities to the list of people who must be afforded the same rights as those without disabilities in public places and the right to be accompanied by a service dog.
