Notice of Corporate Dissolutions

Any claims against the corporation should be forwarded to the corporation's registered agent at the following address:

You are further notified that all claims against the corporation shall be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the publication of this notice.

Any claims against the Corporation should be submitted to Macon Co. Equip., Inc., c/o John H. Ratliff, 603 East South Drive, Salisbury, MO 65281, with the following information: Claimant's name, address and telephone number, the amount of the claim, the date(s) on which the event(s) on which the claim is based occurred, a brief description of the claim and documentation of the claim.

All claims against Macon Co. Equip., Inc. will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the publication date of the two notices authorized by statute, whichever is published last.

Said corporation requests that all persons and organizations who have claims against it present them immediately by letter to the corporation c/o Gary S. Uthoff, 906 Olive Street, Suite 300, St. Louis, MO 63101.

All claims must include: the name and address of the claimant; the amount claimed; the basis for the claim; and the date(s) on which the event(s) on which the claim is based occurred.

NOTICE: Because of the dissolution of FERGUSON AUTO PARTS COMPANY, any claims against it will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the publication date of the two notices authorized by statute, whichever is published last.

All persons or organizations having claims against it are requested to present them immediately in writing to: Leland B. Curtis, Registered Agent, 130 S. Bemiston Avenue, Suite 200, Clayton, Missouri 63105.

All claims against the BROOKING PARK GERIATRICS, INC. will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce it is commenced within two (2) years after the publication date of this notice.

All claims must include: (1) the name and address of the claimant; (2) the amount claimed; (3) the basis of the claim; (4) the date of accrual of the claim.

All potential claimants are further notified that all claims against Cooperative Management Services, L.L.C. shall be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the publication of this Notice.
