On May 3, 2001, DFC Acquisition Corporation Three, a Missouri Corporation (the “Corporation”) filed its Articles of Dissolution with the Secretary of State of Missouri. Any claims against the Corporation may be sent to: Dickinson Financial Corporation, 1100 Main, Suite 350, Kansas City, Missouri 64105. Each claim should include the following information: the name, address and telephone number of the claimant, the amount of the claim and the basis of the claim. Any claim against the Corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years after the date of this publication.

Stueve's, Inc. filed its Articles of Dissolution by Voluntary Action with the Office of the Secretary of Sate on April 19, 2001.
