In an order dated May 26, 1998, the Missouri Supreme Court adopted subdivision 20.04 (h), entitled "Filing With the Court Facsimile Transmission," of Supreme Court Rule 20 (Misdemeanors or Felonies Time Computation of Expiration of Term Service of Motions).
In the same order the Court repealed subdivision (e) of subdivision 51.05 (Change of Judge Procedure) of Supreme Court Rule 51, entitled "Venue, Including Change of Venue and Change of Judge," and in lieu of adopted a new subdivision (e) of subdivision 51.05 (Change of Judge Procedure).
The Court, in the same order, repealed subdivision 81.12 (d), entitled "Record on Appeal When and Where Filed and Served," of Supreme Court Rule 81 (Appeals) and adopted in its place a new subdivision 81.12(d) entitled "Record on Appeal When and Where Filed and Served."
Also in this order, the Court repealed subdivisions (b) and (c) of subdivision 81.18 (Form of Typewritten Transcripts and Other Documents) of Supreme Court Rule 81, entitled "Appeals," and in lieu of adopted new subdivisions (b) and (c) of subdivision 81.18 (Form of Typewritten Transcripts and Other Documents).
In the same order, the Court repealed subdivision 76.28, entitled "Discovery in Aid of Execution," of Supreme Court Rule 76 (Execution) and adopted in its place a new subdivision 76.28, entitled "Discovery in Aid of Execution."
The order becomes effective January 1, 1999.

In an order dated June 16, 1998, the Supreme Court of Missouri repealed subdivision 21.03, entitled "Misdemeanors Summons or Warrant Arrest When Issued," of Supreme Court Rule 21 (Proceedings Applicable to Misdemeanors Only) and in lieu thereof adopted a new subdivision 21.03, entitled "Misdemeanors Summons or Warrant Arrest When Issued."
In the same order the Court repealed subdivision 22.02 (Felonies Complaint) of Supreme Court Rule 22, entitled "Procedure Applicable to Felonies Only," and adopted in its place a new subdivision 22.02 (Felonies Complaint).
The Court, in the same order, repealed subdivision 37.43, entitled "Summons When Issued Failure to Appear," of Supreme Court Rule 37 (Ordinance Violations and Traffic Violations Bureaus) and in lieu thereof adopted a new subdivision 37.43, entitled "Summons When Issued Failure to Appear."
The order becomes effective July 1, 1999.

The Supreme Court of Missouri, in an order dated March 24, 1998, issued the effective date of the adoption of Supreme Court Rule 129.
The order becomes effective September 1, 1999.

In an order dated July 9, 1998, the Supreme Court of Missouri repealed Civil Procedure Form No. 14, entitled "Presumed Child Support Amount Calculation Worksheet," as well as the directions for completion, comments for use, and assumptions, and in lieu thereof adopted a new Civil Procedure Form No. 14, entitled "Presumed Child Support Amount Calculation Worksheet," as well as the directions for completion, comments for use, and assumptions.
The order becomes effective October 1, 1998.
