In an order dated August 24, 1998, the Missouri Supreme Court adopted additional assumptions for use with Civil Procedure Form No. 14.

The order became effective October 1, 1998.

Ct.R 23.

The Missouri Supreme Court, in an order dated August 24, 1998, repealed Administrative Rule 1, consisting of Administrative Rules 1.01 to 1.20 and all guidelines thereto, and in lieu thereof adopted a new Administrative Rules 1, entitled "State Court Automation," consisting of Administrative Rules 1.01 to 1.20.

In the same order the Court repealed Administrative Rule 2, consisting of Administrative Rule 2.01 (Record and Dissemination ­ Data Processing) and adopted in its place a new Administrative Rule 2 (Public Access to Records of the Judicial Department) consisting of Administrative Rules 2.01 to 2.08.

The order became effective October 1, 1998.

Ct.R 31.

In an order dated September 1, 1998, the Missouri Supreme Court repealed subdivision (b) of subdivision 6.07, entitled "Bond and Fee of Supreme Court Clerk ­ Payment of Collection Expense" of Supreme Court Rule 6 (Annual Enrollment Statement) and in lieu thereof adopted a new subdivision (b) of subdivision 6.07, entitled "Bond and Fee of Supreme Court Clerk ­ Payment of Collection Expense."

The order was effective September 1, 1998.
