Supreme Court Rule Changes

In an order dated October 1, 1997, the Supreme Court of Missouri adopted subdivision 84.25(e), entitled "Filing of Disk in Lieu of Copies," of Supreme Court Rule 84, entitled, "Procedure in All Appellate Courts."

The order is effective July 1, 1998.

In an order dated November 26, 1997, the Supreme Court of Missouri repealed subdivision (c) of subdivision 81.18, entitled "Form of Typewritten Transcripts and Other Documents" of Supreme Court Rule 81 (Appeals) and in lieu thereof adopted a new subdivision (c) and a new subdivision (d) of subdivision 81.18, entitled "Form of Transcripts and Other Documents."

In the same order, the Supreme Court of Missouri repealed subdivision (3) of subdivision 84.05(f), entitled "Briefs and Suggestions of Amicus Curiae in this Court" of Supreme Court Rule 84 (Procedure in All Appellate Courts) and adopted in its place a new subdivision (3) of subdivision 84.05(f), entitled "Briefs and Suggestions of Amicus Curiae in this Court."

The order is effective July 1, 1998.

In an order dated December 1, 1997, the Supreme Court of Missouri adopted a new Rule 38, entitled "Certain Statutory Violations and Violations Bureaus."

The order is effective July 1, 1998.
