Claimants Against Visions, Inc.

Visions, Inc., a Missouri corporation, filed its Articles of Dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State on February 23, 2004. Any claim against Visions, Inc. should be sent to J. Brian Hill, 2900 Brooktree Lane, Suite 100, Gladstone, Missouri 64119. Any claim must include the name, address and telephone number of the claimant, the amount of the claim, the basis of the claim and the date or dates the claim arose. All claims must be received within two (2) years after the publication of this notice. Any claims received after the above-referenced date will be barred.

Thoracic & Vascular Surgeons, P.C.

Notice is given that Thoracic & Vascular Surgeons, P.C., with its registered office at 6420 Prospect, Suite T301, Kansas City, Missouri, 64132, has been dissolved as of December 8, 2003 in accordance with the Missouri general corporate code. Thoracic & Vascular Surgeons, P.C. requests that persons with claims against the corporation present the claims in accordance with the Missouri general corporate code. The claim must include the name of the claimant, the claimant's mailing address, and information describing the claim with specificity. The claim must be sent to D. Veritas Academy of the Ozarks, Inc.

Veritas Academy of the Ozarks, Inc., a Missouri nonprofit corporation, was dissolved pursuant to the Missouri Nonprofit Corporation Act. Any persons who believe they have a claim against the corporation must submit their claim in writing to Justin A. Harris, Lowther Johnson Attorneys at Law, LLC, 901 St. Louis Street, 20th Floor, Springfield, MO 65806. Each claim should include the following information:

(1) The name, address and telephone number of the claimant;
(2)The amount of the claim;
(3) The basis of the claim;
(4) The date on which the claim arose.
Any claim against Veritas Academy of the Ozarks, Inc., will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years after the publication of this notice.

Notice of Corporate Dissolution To All Creditors of and Claimants Against M.F.M., Inc.

On November 10, 2003, M.F.M., Inc., a Missouri corporation, dissolved its corporate status. Persons with claims against M.F.M., Inc. must submit them to: M.F.M., Inc., c/o Aaron Jones, Hulston, Jones & Marsh, 2060 E. Sunshine St., Springfield, MO 65804, and include: name, address and telephone number of the claimant; amount, basis, and documentation of claim. A claim against the corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the publication of this notice.

Take notice that Belle Pie Co., L.L.C. has filed its Articles of Dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State effective March 16, 2004. Any claims against the L.L.C. should be sent to Roger Stockton, 1279 Rehmert Rd., Bland, Missouri, 65014. All claims must include the name, address and phone number of claimant; amount of the claim; basis of the claim; and date the claim arose.

All claims must be received by the L.L.C. within three (3) years after publication of this notice. Any claims not received by that date will be barred.
