On September 12, 2002, Carroll County Furniture, Inc., a Missouri Corporation, filed its articles of dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State.
You are hereby notified that if you believe you have a claim against Carroll County Furniture, Inc., a Missouri Corporation, you must submit a summary in writing of the circumstances surrounding your claim to Mr. Smith I. Gregg, 510 W. 4th Street Terrace, Carrollton, MO 64633. The summary of your claim must include the following information:
1. The name, address and telephone number of the claimant.
2. The amount of the claim.
3. Basis for the claim.
4. Documentation of the claim.
All claims against Carroll County Furniture, Inc. will be barred unless the proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the publication of this notice.

On October 7, 2002, Dynamic Communications, LLC filed its Notice of Winding Up with the Missouri Secretary of State.
You are hereby notified that if you believe you have a claim against Dynamic Communications, LLC, you must submit a summary in writing of the circumstances surrounding your claim to Tom J. Bowman, Attorney at Law, McCalley, Gorham and Bowman, P.C., 206 West Main Street, P.O. Box 319, Richmond, Missouri 64085. The summary of your claim must include the following information:
1. The name, address and telephone number of the claimant.
2. The amount of the claim.
3. The date the claim accrued or will accrue.
4. A brief description of the nature of the debt or the basis for the claim, and documentation of the claim.
5. Whether the claim is secured, and if so, the collateral used as security.
All claims against Dynamic Communications, LLC will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within three (3) years after the publication of this notice.

On October 16, 2002, F.P. Mobile Systems, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (the “Company”) filed Notice of Winding Up for Limited Liability Company with the Secretary of State of Missouri. The Company requests that any and all claims against the Company should be sent to Curtis, Oetting, Heinz, Garrett & O’Keefe, P.C.,
c/o Carl J. Lumley, 130 South Bemiston, Suite 200, Clayton, Missouri 63105. Each claim against the Company must include the following information: the name, address, and telephone number of the claimant; the amount of the claim; the date on which the claim arose; and a brief description of the nature or basis for the claim. Notice is given that JOE BALD MARKET, INC., with its office at 1736 E. Sunshine, Suite 401, Springfield, MO 65804, in C/O Richard H. Stevens, Attorney has been dissolved as of October 23, 2002 in accordance with the Missouri Corporate Code.
JOE BALD MARKET, INC. requests that persons with claims against the corporation present the claims in accordance with the Missouri Corporate Code. The information must include the name of the Claimant, the Claimant’s mailing address, and information describing the claim with specificity.
