Voters Defeat Amendment 3 by More Than Three-to-One Margin

The Twenty-Second Circuit Judicial Commission announced its panel of nominees to fill the vacancy created by the appointment of Judge Lisa S. Van Amburg to the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District. The three nominees are Judge Paula Perkins Bryant, Judge Elizabeth Byrne Hogan and Commissioner James E. Sullivan. (More)
