Recognizing Outstanding Leadership and Dedication to MoBarCLE
Christian L. Faiella
Through his numerous presentations at MoBarCLE seminars, Christian L. Faiella has made a significant contribution to the continuing legal education of Missouri attorneys. For more than a decade, Mr. Faiella has presented at numerous MoBarCLE programs and conferences on personal injury, automobile accident cases, and insurance topics. He has contributed as an author for a number of Missouri Bar deskbooks, including: Civil Trial Practice; Evidence; Insurance Practice; Litigation Settlements; and Tort Law. In addition, Mr. Faiella assisted in the review of the Damages, DWI Law and Practice, and Sources of Proof deskbooks. He is a 2002 graduate of The Missouri Bar Leadership Academy and served as Vice-Chair of the Tort Law Committee from 2003-2007.
Mr. Faiella is a partner in the law firm of Tatlow, Gump, Faiella & Wheelan, LLC, in Moberly, and his practice is focused on cases involving injuries and insurance coverage, including automobile and truck accidents, insurance coverage litigation, agent negligence, bad faith cases and other complex injury cases. He sits on the board of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and is an advocate for and sustaining member of the American Association of Justice. Mr. Faiella received his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science in 1989, and his law degree from the University of Missouri–Columbia School of Law in 1995. During law school he served as a research assistant to Professor Robert Lawless and received awards for earning the highest grades in Torts and Federal Courts classes.
