Craig's C.K. of Sedalia, Inc., a Missouri corporation, was dissolved on the 30th day of September, 2005 by filing Articles of Dissolution with the Missouri Secretary of State. Any and all claims against Craig's C.K. of Sedalia, Inc. should be sent by mail to Keith Brown, Russell, Brown & Breckenridge, P.O. Box J, Nevada, Missouri 64772. Each claim should include the following:
(1) The name, address and telephone number of the claimant;
(2) The amount of the claim;
(3) The basis of the claim;
(4) The date the claim arose.
Any and all claims against Craig's C.K. of Sedalia, Inc. will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years after the date of the publication of this notice.
