Jocelyn Brennan-Witzel has joined Saint University School of Law as the Assistant Director of Career Services. Ms. Brennan-Witzel is a 2002 graduate of SLU LAW and has been practicing in the areas of business and commercial litigation, real estate litigation and construction. She currently serves as the BAMSL Young Lawyers Division Pro Bono Liason.

The American College of Trial Lawyers recently appointed Mark Hinderks, deputy managing partner of Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP, chair of its Attorney-Client Relationships Committee for 2009-2010. His one-year appointment began Oct. 10, 2009. The committee is challenged to examine and keep abreast of developments relating to the traditional privilege of communications between attorney and client and maintenance of client confidences. Mr. Hinderks, a proven advocate with broad successful experience in substantial business and public law litigation, is a frequent speaker and author on legal ethics and professional responsibility and trial practice.

Bruce Keplinger, managing partner of Norris & Keplinger, L.L.C. in Overland Park, Kansas, has become a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Fellowship is extended by invitation only and cannot exceed one percent of the total lawyer population of any state.
