Joann M. Leykam has been appointed by Gov. Blunt to the Mental Health Commission. Ms. Leykam is the chief civil attorney for the County of St. Charles. Her appointment is subject to Senate confirmation for a term ending on June 28, 2011.

Janet N. Bandera of O'Fallon has been appointed by Gov. Blunt to the Missouri Women's Council. Ms. Bandera is the president of Bandera Law Firm, P.C. Her appointment is subject to Senate confirmation for a term ending on December 6, 2010.

Rachel E. Paul, Daniel T. Dalton and Thomas L. Sandifer have joined Midwest Employers Casualty Company as in-house counsel.
