Missouri Bar members who are licensed and eligible to practice law in Missouri will be able to access the Fastcase service. Lawyers who have chosen to be inactive under Rule 6.03 or who are Category 3 members of the bar––meaning they are licensed and do not reside or practice in Missouri or are not employed in the state––are not currently eligible to practice in the state. If you wish to change your category or status as a Missouri Bar member, which will make you eligible to receive Fastcase, you should contact the Supreme Court of Missouri for further details.
