Hon. Margaret M. Neill is a judge in the 22nd Judicial Circuit Court.
Judge Neill received her B.A. and J.D. degrees from St. Louis University.
She was in private practice for 12 years before her appointment to the
Bench in 1993. Judge Neill is a member of the Missouri Bar, The Lawyer's
Association of St. Louis and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St.
Louis.
She has given presentations on several aspects of civil trial practice
through The Missouri Bar, The Lawyer's Association of St. Louis, MATA,
MODL, BAMSL and the Missouri Judicial College.
