Provide a practical approach to preparing for and representing clients in mediations and arbitrations. We will present techniques for a successful mediation, including preparation and advocacy skills. Discussion of recent U.S. Supreme Court and Missouri Appellate cases relating to arbitration, including enforcing class action waivers, as well as key arbitration statutes.
