This class will cover FDCPA litigation in Missouri, including dealing with uninformed or misinformed judges, statutory interpretation, elements of the claim, recognizing common violations, third-party standing, overcoming specific arguments made by debt collectors, the bona fide error defense, damages, attorney’s fees, and when not to file an FDCPA claim.
