Jack Marshall is the president of ProEthics, Ltd., which he founded 15 years ago. He has taken his combined experience gleaned from a diverse career in law, public policy, academia and theater and applied it to the field of legal, business and organizational ethics. Jack has developed more than 130 programs for bar associations, law firms, Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations, and U.S. Federal, State and local governments.
A member of the Massachusetts and DC Bar Associations, Jack writes about ethical issues in the areas of law, business, politics, and entertainment on "Ethics Alarms" (www.ethicsalarms.com), the ProEthics blog which fosters discussion of ethical issues among its readership. He is a graduate of Harvard College and Georgetown University Law Center, and he has appeared on national radio programs such as PBS’ “Religion and Ethics Weekly, Neil Cavuto’s “NewsHour,” and NPR’s “Tell Me More.”.
Mr. Marshall is also founder and artistic director of a non-profit professional theater company dedicated to producing classic American plays. He lives in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife and business partner, Grace Marshall, their son Grant, and their Jack Russell Terrier, Rugby. Like many who are interested in the nature of good, evil, justice, and chaos, Marshall is a lifetime fan of the Boston Red Sox.
