How to Enhance Damages in a PI Case

Speakers will discuss how to develop damages in a personal injury case. Topics include how to properly use treating physicians, medical illustrations, life care plans, medical experts, family members and day in the life videos to present these claims to the jury in a clear and meaningful way. Speakers will also discuss how to identify other defendants who may be responsible to pay these damages.
