Hon. William Ray Price, Jr. Missouri Supreme Court Jefferson City Judge Price was appointed to the Missouri Supreme Court in 1992. He has served as Chief Justice for two terms, 1999-2001 and 2009-2011. He has served as Chairman of the Missouri Drug Court Coordinating Commission since 2001 and has served as a member and as chairman of the board of directors of the National Association of Drug Court Professionals.
