Gregg Treadway brings more than twenty-five years of corporate, entrepreneurial, and legal experience to the negotiating table. His life-long interest in negotiation was passed down to him by his grandfathers who were bona fide horse traders who enjoyed the give and take of a honest, hard-fought bargaining session. Today, Gregg continues to develop and refine the art of negotiation by helping others craft agreements in the areas of real estate, employment, purchasing, and domestic law matters. Gregg earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis. He is a 2008 graduate of the University of Tennessee where he earned his MBA while focusing his studies on negotiation best practices. Gregg completed his J.D. at Nashville School of Law. He is recognized as a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed Mediator for domestic and civil disputes and has earned the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) designation. He serves as a frequent guest lecturer at several universities and colleges in addition to conducting more than 100 seminars and workshops each year.
