Martha Clark

Clark, MarthaMartha M. Clark (Martie) is the owner of the Law Office of Martha M. Clark in St. Charles, Missouri, a solo firm focusing on Family Law. Prior to opening her own practice in 2010, she was an associate at Dalton, Chassaniol & Bellon in St. Charles, where she practiced mainly in Family and Criminal Law.

Martie has been a Guardian Ad Litem since she began practicing law in 2007. She is an actively involved member of The American Bar Association, The Missouri Bar, The St. Charles County Bar Association, and the Young Lawyers Division of the St. Charles County Bar Association. Martie has served as the Young Lawyers Section Representative for District 7 of the Missouri Bar YLS for 5 years. She is currently the President of the St. Charles County Bar Association where she has also served as Vice President and Secretary. Martie has successfully argued in the Court of Appeals on family law issues and continues to focus her practice on Family Law and bar involvement.

Martie earned her B.A. in Political Science and minor in Business from Arizona State University in 1997 where she graduated Cum Laude. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with her J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan in 2007, where she was a Senior Associate Editor of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review. She currently lives in Weldon Spring with her husband, 3 children, and 2 dogs.
