John R. Gunn

Gunn, JohnJohn represents individuals and businesses in a variety of matters ranging from complex business litigation to minor probate proceedings. He recently represented a large corporation with respect to its claims and defenses related to disputes arising from a multi-million dollar sale and purchase of a number of nursing homes. John has tried cases in several counties and has successfully litigated matters in probate, civil, equity and administrative courts in the State of Missouri. John has also successfully argued matters before the Missouri Court of Appeals and has assisted in the successful litigation of matters before the Missouri Supreme Court.

John earned his J.D. from the St. Louis University School of Law in 2000, earning the highest grade in Constitutional Law II. He attended Villanova University for his undergraduate studies from which he earned his B.A. in 1997. John is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of Missouri, the Supreme Court of Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.

A member of The Missouri Bar, John served on the Young Lawyers' Section Council and is now serving on the Board of Governors.
