Missouri Public Service Commission, Jefferson City
Daniel Jordan joined the Missouri Public Service Commission as a regulatory law judge in September 2008. Before joining the PSC, he served as legal counsel to the Missouri Administrative Hearing Commission for nineteen and a half years. Before that, he represented the Missouri Division of Aging and served as Staff Counsel in the Office of Legislative Research.
Mr. Jordan also prepares the case summaries for the Missouri Bar’s electronic newsletter, ESQ. In that capacity, he has read just about every Missouri appellate court opinion since November 2001. Mr. Jordan is also serving as chair of the Missouri Bar’s Administrative Law Committee.
He holds the following degrees: Master of Laws in Dispute Resolution (2001), Juris Doctor (1985), and Bachelor of Arts in History (1982), all from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
