This webpage is designed to be a committee/section chairs' one-stop location to manage and develop the Spring and Fall Committee Meetings online...all via email! Bookmark this site and use it to: 

  • keep abreast of important meeting organizational dates
  • conveniently complete the forms needed to schedule your meeting
  • submit your meeting agenda
  • apply for and obtain CLE accreditation for your programs
  • submit presentation handouts for copying and request AV 

Once you submit this information, The Missouri Bar can begin publicizing your meeting and CLE program to members of your committee, helping to support strong attendance and involvement.

Key Dates/Task Checklist/Links to Forms

For the May 9, 2014 Spring Committee Meetings, you'll want to keep three key dates in mind:

March 21
April 8
April 21

  • Confirm Your Meeting. (RSVP by March 21.)
    Complete the RSVP form to let us know if you will be meeting, so we can schedule meeting space appropriately– click here.
  • Submit Your Agenda (if you want it included in mailed promotional brochure, please submit agenda no later than April 8).
    Electronically submit your meeting agenda so it can be sent to your committee and published in Fall Committee meeting print promotional materials – click here.
  • Send a Save the Date Listserve Message to Committee (suggest sending by April 8).
    Access and send a message to your committee using its listserve to encourage your committee members to attend – click here.
    (You are welcome to send messages early and often to encourage committee members to attend.)
  • Submit MCLE Credit Approval Form. (Please complete this process before April 8.)
    Complete the necessary form to get MCLE credit approval for an educational program – click here.
  • Order AV Equipment/Submit Handouts for Copying (no later than April 21).
    To ensure that you have AV and presentation handouts for your meeting, please use this form to arrange for any audio/visual equipment and/or submit handouts for your meeting – click here.
  • Submit Your Meeting Minutes. (Due June 9 for May 9, 2014 Committee Meetings.)
    Complete and submit your meeting minutes to the Bar – click here.
