One of the Missouri Bar’s largest and most active sections, the Family Law Section works to improve the legal system on behalf of families. Specifically, the section studies and considers all substantive laws of state and federal jurisdictions concerning the family, juveniles, divorce, maintenance, adoption, and other related laws. Recommendations for changes in the common or statutory law are submitted to The Board of Governors of The Missouri Bar for their approval.
Because the Family Law Section is a section and not a committee, membership includes $20 annual dues. Register by mail, fax, or email.
