    This committee shall:

    1. Provide a common meeting ground and impartial forum for those members of the bar who are engaged in dealing with problems of municipal law in any capacity, whether as attorneys for units of local government, attorneys in private practice, law teachers, students or otherwise.

    Military Law Committee Scope

    The scope of the Military Law Committee is to maintain liaison with and assist lawyers on active duty in the military service; to maintain liaison with other committees and organizations interested in military law; to keep all members of The Missouri Bar informed on developments in the field of military law; and to make reports and recommendations to the Board of Governors as may appear proper in the interest of The Missouri Bar and military with respect to this subject.

    Young Lawyers' Section Council

    The Young Lawyers' Section is designed to further the objectives of The Missouri Bar, to stimulate the interest of young lawyers in the activities of the bar, to conduct programs of interest and value to young lawyers, to be of assistance to the bar and its committees, and to assist in the establishment, improvement and coordination of this section and local young lawyers' organizations. All members of The Missouri Bar under age 36 are automatically members of this section. The representative body of the Young Lawyers' Section of The Missouri Bar is the Council. The Council determines questions of method and policy relating to the accomplishment of the purposes of this section.

Administrative Law Committee Scope

The scope and function of this committee is to promote the further development of local, state, and federal administrative law procedure and practice.
