1. Missouri Attorney General Office's update - Jenny Frazier discussed current case load and underground tank enforcement initiative. No action taken. 

2. Missouri Energy Efficiency Investment Act (MEEIA) summary - Wendy Tatro (Associate General Counsel at AmerenUE) discussed MEEIA program for utilities filing (RSMo. Sec. 393.1075). No action taken. 

3. Fall term case update - Tom Smith (Newman, Comley & Ruth, P.C.) presented summary for Northwest Environmental Defense Center v. Brown (640.F3d 880). No action taken. 

4. Small water/wastewater CWA compliance initiative - presented by Washington University law clinic students - propose information sessions presented by Missouri Bar Environmental Committee Members. Committee took no action on the proposal. 

Robert Brundage presented a case law update for 1.5 MCLE hours.
