Civil Practice and Procedure Committee - Minutes for November 16, 2012

The issue was addressed whether to ask the Board of Governors to allow the committee to study interlocutory appeals in Missouri.  The vote was unanimously yes.  Doug Noland, liaison, took the proposition to the Board of Governors.

The issue was addressed whether to ask the Board of Governors to allow the committee to study waivable issues.  This was tabled until the next meeting.
