Juvenile Courts and Laws Committee - Minutes from May 11, 2012

1. MOBAR Adoption Practice Guidelines- discussed the work of the Special Committe on Adoptions and the approval by the Board of Governers.
2. Creation of a statewide mentorship and/or advisory panel for Guardian ad Litem and attorneys that represent parents in 211 actions. Attendees were receptive to the idea.

After the business meeting, there was a CLE presentation, "Discovery Tools and Techniques in Abuse and Neglect Matters."
